About Steel X Jordan

An engineering-led manufacturer of hangars and steel buildings, based in Amman, delivering across Jordan.

Steel X Jordan is a premium hangar and steel building manufacturer. We design, fabricate, and install industrial hangars, aircraft hangars, warehouses, agricultural and sports facilities, and rapid-deploy structures. Our work covers the full chain: site assessment, engineering, permits, fabrication, coatings, doors, electrical, and handover.

The company was built around a simple idea: a hangar is an engineered asset, not a catalog item. Spans, doors, foundations, and coatings are decided once and they live with the building for 25 to 50 years. We slow down at the start to close the gaps, because rework in the field always costs more than another week in engineering.

We work with licensed structural engineers, certified welders, and a fabrication shop running EN 1090 procedures. Every project comes with a stamped engineering pack, traceable material certificates, welding inspection records, and a handover folder you can use during annual inspections, insurance renewals, and any future expansion.

How We Work

We translate your operations into spans, access, doors, and envelope decisions, then freeze the scope in drawings and specs so fabrication and procurement do not drift.

What We Deliver

Clear-span steel, insulated envelopes when required, door steel and backing, and installation supervision with bolt maps and inspection records you can file with a lender or insurer.

Why It Matters

Industrial buildings live under moving loads, thermal cycles, and aggressive dust or salt air. Tolerances and weathertight details decide whether the asset is maintainable in year twelve, not only at handover.

Our Manufacturing Process

A disciplined sequence that protects schedule, quality, and finish standards.

STEP 01

Engineering and Scope

Loads, spans, access, and envelope decisions documented from day one. Stamped engineering pack issued to client and authority.

STEP 02

Material Procurement

S355 steel, doors, panels, and connectors sourced with full mill certificates and traceability through delivery.

STEP 03

Shop Fabrication

Controlled shop fabrication with EN 1090 welding procedures and disciplined QA at every weld and bolted joint.

STEP 04

Coatings and Finishes

Sa 2.5 abrasive blast, epoxy primer, and UV polyurethane topcoat (or hot-dip galvanizing) selected for the operating environment.

STEP 05

Site Installation

Predictable on-site execution with safety-first sequencing, crane plans, and bolt-up records signed off by our site engineer.

STEP 06

Handover and Aftercare

As-built drawings, inspection records, warranty documents, and an optional annual maintenance package.

Certifications and Controls

Documented controls that scale across projects and teams.

Welding Procedures (EN 1090)

Documented procedures and shop controls aligned with European standards. Welder qualifications kept current.

Material Traceability

CE marked steel, mill certificates, and supplier compliance records for every batch used on your project.

Installation Checklists

Handover packages, as-built documentation, and on-site verification steps signed by a licensed engineer.

Aviation Standards

EASA and FAA design references applied on aviation hangars. Door tolerances measured to mm precision.

Seismic Compliance

Middle East seismic standards built into every frame design, with engineered base plates and anchor systems.

Fire and Safety

Fire suppression sprinkler design coordinated for hangars. Egress, signage, and lighting per local code.

Build With a Team That Documents Everything

We do not run on vibes. We run on stamped drawings, weld logs, and bolt-up records. That is why our hangars hold up.
